THE FINNISS RIVER The Finniss River is home to a diversity of aquatic wildlife from Dolphins, Stingrays and Sharks to basking Crocodiles and Sea Eagles it sets the perfect platform for an experience on the water.

The Saltwater Finniss River is easily accessed from the Dundee Beach boat ramp, taking roughly 35 minutes transit along the coastline to reach the mouth of the Finniss River.

CATCH GUARANTEE A Catch and Cook guarantee we source local Mud Crabs from the Finniss River, using pots strategically placed in the river system you can be assured of a catch every time and a meal that is authentically Australian.

RESEARCH Australian Wild Tours is partnered with the Department of Primary Industries (DPI) shark tagging program which uses tagging data from captured species to determine biological and ecological factors affecting population and distribution dynamics.
